  Upstream's consultants then provided a complete process from technology identification, assessment, patent analysis, market analysis, budgetary modeling, and target makeup of the technology portfolio, to strategic direction for implementation.

Outcome

Upstream Partners was instrumental in the creation and funding of the Medical University of South Carolina's Institute for Applied Neuroscience.
