Multiple Book Series Copyright Valuation

Upstream was engaged to assist a publisher of several, highly successful book series in the valuation of his copyright protected works as well as the book franchises.  The publisher has created and owns the rights to over 100 book titles that comprise multiple distinct book series that have been published worldwide.  Upstream provided a valuation of the copyright protected assets and also advised on the sale of these assets.
