Director

Juhee is a Director of Upstream Partners with over twelve years of experience providing financial and valuation analyses for intellectual property and financial consulting services.

Juhee has extensive experience in the valuation of IP assets for various contexts, including tax reporting requirements, business planning, securing investment capital, developing licensing strategies and support of legal matters.

Juhee has provided litigation support services in the areas of financial damages, licensing and IP valuation for both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of technology and market areas, including medical devices, telecommunications, copyright protected software, pharmaceuticals, Internet technology, semiconductors and more. She has also prepared business plans for early stage companies and advised on IP development and monetization strategy.

Prior to Upstream, Juhee was a senior consultant with Invotex Group, where she performed financial valuation and analyses in insolvency and restructuring projects, as well as IP and business valuations. She was also involved in providing insurance regulatory and consulting services, including financial data analysis, for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the State Insurance Administration, related to regulatory changes.

Juhee also served as a founding member of a medical service company in Korea where she developed and commercialized biomarker testing services for early detection of diseases.

Over the years, Juhee has provided consulting services for start-ups overseas, including in Thailand, Ethiopia, and Korea. Juhee holds a BA in International Studies from the College of Arts & Sciences and a BS in Finance and in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
