Software Licensing Arbitration Testimony

Mark Chandler, Managing Director of Upstream Partners, provided analysis and trial testimony on behalf of our client, a software developer with a web-based logistics management platform widely used within a specific industry. The dispute involved both copyright infringement and breach of contract, for which Upstream’s client sought unpaid royalties, infringement damages, and damages related to unjust enrichment.
